Huge!!!! I have the controller, animation works fine but some lights might need to be changed. It has some rust from sitting in my backyard. I've had it for two or three years. I don't think I have all the screws for it but you could use zip ties when you put it together, that's what I did this past Christmas. I'm downsizing and this one is the biggest so it has to go first. This is over $1000 dollars and you'll be saving in shipping as well. You can definitely come see it if you want. Only serious buyers. Price is firm!
