HOLBEIN Artists Colored Pencils Holbein offers a color range of 150 colors that can either be purchased in smaller sets, a whole set or open stock. It would have been impossible for me to buy a 150 set as it runs well over $500 so I decided to buy them little by little open stock. These pencils are AMAZING but I rather someone who actually will use them to enjoy them. Out of the 150 colors I have 92 colors (I’ve attached the color swatch sheet) plus an additional 12 pencils that are doubles. So you would get a total of 104 pencils. I’ve use a few colors but most of them have only been used to complete the color swatch sheet and some are even unused.I paid $4 per percil as open stock so that’s $416 before taxes. If you buy a set of 50 it runs you over $200. I will include the pencil folder that holds 120 pencils plus the 104 Holbein Pencils. faultless for everyday use. supreme materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
