They are new and clean and ready to use.This lets you adapt 5/8 flexible tubing to a 1/2 NPT thread.( wont fit a normal water faucette like on the side of the house)Amazon sells them for about $8 a pair, ($4 each) This lot would be $32 at Amazon.
