This variety of Chinese broccoli has 3/4” thick stems with rounded and slightly wrinkled, medium sized green leaves. Chinese broccoli can be harvested after 40-55 days. Harvest main stalk when about 8-10" tall and when 2-3 flowers are about to open. The plush leaves and tender, crispy stems of Chinese Broccoli have an outstanding flavor and are frequently used in stir-fry, steamed, or in soup.
