Vintage Presidential Campaign Button Set
Vintage Presidential Campaign Reproduction Button Set from American Oil Company in 1972. These were individual gas station giveaway promotional items. However, this is the store display of the complete framed set of 38 button pins. The sizes of the pins range from approximately 1 to 1.5. These are real button pins that can be removed from the original frame. The pins themselves are in remarkable condition, and the plastic covering over the frame has some minor scratches. This set of 38 pins start with the 1896 campaign with William McKinley vs. William Jennings Bryan and up to the 1968 campaign with Nixon/Agnew vs. Humphrey/Muskie. Included are some reproductions of famous and valuable buttons such as; I Like Ike, Roosevelt, Truman, Kennedy, Pat for First Lady, and LBJ All the Way. Please note: These promo buttons on Ebay sell for approximately $3.00 each, and this is the whole set of 38 framed and untouched.
