This is a brand recent vintage Jar Jar Binks watch. It says that it is a water filled character watch but I’m not sure that there’s water in it. The character is definitely in there however. It has quartz accuracy, but it does not have a working battery. It is brand new as shown in the pictures. It does not have the clear covering of the holder. Still connected to the plastic as shown in pictures. It shows up on eBay for $125 but I’m selling it for $30… It’s original price after all these years. Lowering price for hasty sale.
