This is highly probably from somewhere in-the 1950-1956 time frame. It is the very first accessory I got for my American Flyer train set. Metal base with 2 attachment for wires. Pole and crossbars are metal. The lightbulbs may be burned out, but they worked in about 1960. Nice accessory in-splendid shape.
