New in package. Sturdy nylon, in a pretty lavender/light purple color. 48 inch leash, harness is adjustable, but leading suited for cats under 8lbs w/smaller bone structure. I don't think it would fit larger breeds like Ragdolls, Himalayans, Maine Coons, etc. Would be faultless for slightly older kittens! Has a reflective print of paws on it.
